Legacy Support

When you are in the process of, or considering, migrating to a new platform, ICG offers the Legacy Support Application to meet these unique needs. We will help you develop a transition strategy to ensure cost certainty and expert levels of support, both from the legacy system perspective, as well as transitioning to your new platform. We will take the lead on legacy “lights on” support so you can focus on your new implementation.
Setting Expectations

ICG will partner with you to develop a project blueprint to identify the appropriate level of support needed for your specific requirements. Examples include:

  • Management oversight of staff engaged in legacy support/backfill services
  • Operating system and system administration services
  • Break/fix and routine maintenance
  • Adherence to timelines for Meaningful Use and other regulatory requirements
  • On-site delivery of new hire orientation (IT) classes
  • Testing, QA and overall management of upgrades, patches and releases
  • Help desk and after hours support
