Prepare

Define Scope We will work with you to define the scope of the project including resources, budget, timeline, and objectives

Risk Identification Our team will perform a risk analysis to identify potential gaps and threats to the project

Project Blueprint In preparation for your project, we will prepare a project blueprint to outline goals and objectives

Approval Prior to moving forward with the project, we will seek your approval of the project blueprint
Plan

Plan Kick-off We will meet with your team to review the project blueprint and objectives

Refine Scope During the planning phase, we will refine the scope of the project to include any new information

Risk Assessment As new information becomes available, our team will preform a risk analysis to identify any new threats

Refine Project Plan Our project managers will refine the plan to reflect any changes to scope, resources, budget, or goals

Approval Prior to moving forward with the project implementation, we will seek your approval of the project plan
Execute

Manage Scope During the execution phase, we will manage the scope of the project to ensure milestones are on track

Monitor and Control Risk Our Project Managers will maintain the pulse of the project to monitor and control risk

Manage Project Execution The execution of plan will be efficiently managed from inception to completion

Gain Project Acceptance We will work to provide necessary education and training to ensure project acceptance
Launch
- Prepare Go-Live Plan Our Project Managers will prepare a plan to outline the detailed tasks to be assigned to team members
- Secure Go-Live Support Resources We will work with customer to schedule appropriate resources to ensure complete coverage for Go-Live event
- Prepare Go-Live Schedule The Go-Live schedule will be developed and communicated by our Project Managers
- Develop Go-Live Contingency Plan A back-out plan will be developed for any unforeseen circumstances that would disallow the project completion
End
- Administrative Closeout Our Project Managers will obtains sign-off / acceptance from executive sponsors
- Project Transfer We will successfully transfer project support to customer maintenance
