Penny O'Boyle Caldwell, Siemens Practice Director
Penny is responsible for engagement management for Siemens customers, sales support, and the continued growth of the Siemens Practice. Her background includes over 15 years experience in the healthcare technology industry. Most recently, she held the position of Solution Director of Clinical Systems at Siemens Medical Solutions in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Penny served as the clinical systems leader and directed the development of an accelerated implementation strategy to meet the needs of Meaningful Use. In previous Siemens principal consulting roles, Penny successfully implemented the suite of Soarian Clinical applications (results, orders, assessments, and physician order entry). She has experience with Soarian workflow, Soarian Revenue Cycle, EAD/ LCR, Invision, IDX, and a variety of scheduling applications. Prior to Siemens, Penny was employed as the Registration and Scheduling Manager at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, and acted as the interim practice director for primary care and specialty services for the Department of Medicine.
