Meet ICG McKesson Practice Director, Michelle Hager

Hello, I am Michelle Hager the McKesson Practice Director for ICG. As the Practice Director I am responsible for our McKesson client engagements and relationship management. My background includes over 17 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, managing customer relationships & expectations and executive leadership. My personal product knowledge of STAR and Horizon clinicals combined with excellent relationships within McKesson assist our clients in successful engagements. Prior to joining ICG, I worked at McKesson for 6 years in various roles including teaching STAR pharmacy, Horizon Meds Manager and STAR patient accounting and Director of Education for the International business in England, France and the Netherlands.
