Michelle Hager, McKesson Practice Director
 Michelle responsible for ICG's McKesson client engagements and relationship management. Her background includes over 17 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, managing customer relationships & expectations and executive leadership. Michelle's personal product knowledge of STAR and Horizon clinicals combined with excellent relationships within McKesson assist our clients in successful engagements. Prior to joining ICG, Michelle worked for McKesson for 6 years in various roles including teaching STAR pharmacy, Horizon Meds Manager and STAR patient accounting and Director of Education for the International business in England, France and the Netherlands.
