Dena Campbell, Epic Practice Director
Dena is responsible for ICG's Epic client engagement and relationship management, sales support and the growth of the Epic Consulting Practice. Her background includes over 10 years experience in the healthcare and technology industry including Epic analyst and project management implementation consulting, pharmaceutical FDA reporting, business development and medical assisting. Dena has extensive experience working with healthcare providers to define requirements and implement technology solutions within hospital settings. She has been involved with the implementation of electronic medical records, having provided implementation management, coordination, planning, execution, system design, on-site support, testing, training and optimization for multiple Epic sites involving knowledge of hospital operations and experience in the full implementation lifecycle of an EMR system. Dena's personal Epic knowledge and the support of our outstanding Epic consultants provide our clients with successful engagements. Prior to joining ICG, Dena worked for Ingenix Consulting (formerly Healthia Consulting) as Director of Consulting Services working in various consulting roles in addition to staff and client management.
