- Performed Soarian Clinicals implementation role (design, build, test, train and live of orders, results, nursing assessments and critical care)
- Provided daily technical and end user Soarian Clinical troubleshooting
- Compiled comprehensive trouble-shooting documentation for IT support staff
- Developed end-user training materials and conducted training sessions for clinical user groups
