Meet Cathy Kernea

Cathy is responsible for leading the recruiting efforts for ICG by finding and identifying qualified candidates to meet ongoing job requirements for our organization. Her background includes over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting and over 5 years in Healthcare recruiting working with ICG. Cathy uses many different sources to find candidates including, employee referrals, job boards, social networking sites, and 3rd party recruiting companies. She creates the first impression of ICG to potential hires.
